The Looking Good Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility – Restricted to Trade
The Looking Good Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of participation and are travel agents with a valid International Air Transportation Association (IATA) number. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Carlson Hotels Worldwide, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries or franchisees, or other companies associated with the Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

2. Timing
The Promotion begins on October 26, 2008 at 4:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 15, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit www.looktobook.com/sweepstakes (the “Site”). You will be asked to register by entering your name, IATA Number, email address and Look to Book Account #. If you do not have a Look to Book Account # you will be directed to a page where you can obtain one for free. You can obtain a Look to Book Account # for free. If you have not already registered, complete and submit the registration form. Once you have registered, you may receive entries, as set forth below.

• REGISTRATION: You will receive one (1) Entry for registration. Registration is free.
• LOG IN TO THE SITE: You will receive one (1) Entry each day you visit the Site during the Promotion Period and log in. Entries received for logging in to the Site are limited to one (1) Entry per registered user per day of the Promotion Period to a maximum of eighty-two (82) additional Entries for Site log-in during the Promotion Period.
• PLAYING THE GAME: You will receive one (1) additional Entry for every three (3) games played on the Site to a maximum of thirty-five (35) entries during the Promotion Period.
• BOOKING WITH LOOK TO BOOK: You will receive one (1) additional Entry for every three (3) booking made through the looktobook.com website. The bookings must be consumed by January 15, 2009.
• MAILING IN: You will receive one entry for each mail in entry. To make a mail in entry hand print your name, IATA Number, Look to Book Account #, complete address (including zip code), daytime phone number and e-mail address on a 3”x 5” card and mail it, postage prepaid, to: The Looking Good Sweepstakes, c/o Launchfire Interactive Inc., 2981 Ford St. Extension BOX 332, Ogdensburg NY 13669-3474. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 15, 2009 and received no later than January 22, 2009. Limit one entry per outer postmarked envelope.  Mail-in entries will NOT be accepted via messenger/courier delivery service or any means other than United States Postal Service mail.  Entrant is solely responsible for properly packaging and shipping the entry and all related costs.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late mail in entries.

LIMIT: MAXIMUM OF 117 ENTRIES PER PERSON DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s plays and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4. Winner Selection
On or about the dates set forth in Section 6, Sponsor or its agent will select one (1) entry for each prize described below in Section 6 in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The entrant will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winners will be notified by email approximately a day after the drawing. Failure to respond to the initial verification e-mail within five (5) business days of date of notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts will result in disqualification. Non-winning entries in the first prize drawings will be carried forward into subsequent first prize drawings.

5. ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.

First Prize draws with the accompanying prizes will be awarded as stated below. Example, on November 3, 2008 there will be ten (10) first prize winners selected with each first prize winner will randomly receive one (1) of the prizes that corresponds to that date.

Grand Prize draw:

Total ARV of all prizes:                       $58,209

For All Prizes: Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received corresponding to each individual drawing. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Sponsor’s use of third-party trademarks does not imply that any third party endorses, sponsors or is otherwise affiliated with Promotion. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturers or service provider’s terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

For All Hotel / Accommodation Packages: All stays are subjective to availability and blackout dates.  NO TRANSPORATION TO/FROM HOTELS WILL BE PROVIDED.  

For Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner must pick up the grand prize at a dealership chosen by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.  Grand prize winner will be required to show a valid drivers license and proof of insurance before the prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to alternate shipping and delivery arrangements requested by winner, insurance, taxes, vehicle registration and license, incidentals and/gratuities.

7. Verification of Potential Winners
Potential winner of Grand Prize will be required to show proof of insurance and valid license. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email after the drawing. The potential winners will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize if applicable. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

8. Release and Publicity
By receipt of any Sweepstakes prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winners consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes play, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Minnesota State Court located in Minnetonka, Minnesota; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses , and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.

13. Promotion Results
For a list of winners and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Looking Good Sweepstakes, c/o Launchfire, Inc., 200 Isabella St. 5th Floor, Ottawa, ON K1S 1V7. Requests for the winner list must be received by March 1, 2009.
